Greetings from the Mentor Chippewa program!
We are gearing up for another amazing year of mentoring and are looking forward to the start of the new 2022-23 school year!
If your child was previously matched in the program please watch your email for a message from the program beginning August 1st and follow the instructions by clicking on the link to fill out the annual Mentee update form. If you have more than one child participating in the program, you will receive a separate email with a specific link for each child.
If your child is no longer interested in being matched in the program, please visit the contact us page on our website to send us a message with the following information:
- Student’s First & Last Name
- Reason for not returning (Please note that we will close your child’s match with their mentor and offer them the opportunity to say goodbye if they would like to.)
Annual Mentee update forms are due back to the Mentor Chippewa program by Friday, September 9th, 2022.
